All our Pension Points are by appointment only. The same applies to our offices:

experience shows that we can easily answer most questions by phone.
if necessary, our pension officer will make an appointment with you in a Pension Point.

We handle incoming questions as follows:

Urgent questions (e.g. about payment problems) are always given priority.
We answer other questions as quickly as possible, in the order in which we receive them.
Most questions are answered within three weeks.

We realise that everyone would like to receive an answer as quickly as possible, but a question about the payment of a pension is more urgent than an estimate for someone who will retire in 10 years' time.

Fun fact: Every year, we answer over 1 million phone calls and 200 000 emails and letters.

Our regional offices are equipped with a hearing loop you can connect to your hearing aids.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can request an appointment with the assistance of a sign language interpreter, if necessary:

Choose the option 'I want a sign language interpreter to assist me during my appointment.'
Fill out the requested information.

What happens once we receive your request?

If we can answer your request in writing, you will receive a reply via your chosen contact method.
If an appointment is necessary, we will contact you within 15 days to arrange one.

Important: only request the assistance of a sign language interpreter if you are fluent in sign language.
